Job summary

LOTTE Global Logistics North America is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Project Manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This on-site, full-time role leads daily warehouse execution, drives dock-to-stock performance, and manages labor, costs, and safety standards to ensure high service levels.

The candidate will develop supervisors, maintain inventory integrity, and coordinate with Inventory to optimize processes. Prior SAP/WMS experience and strong analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years progressive warehouse/distribution management with leadership
• Spanish proficiency preferred; Korean a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse execution across receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns and inventory support.
• Own site performance against service expectations: dock-to-stock, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, quality and productivity.
• Manage labor planning, overtime, temporary staff, supplies and controllable costs; review variances.
• Recruit, coach and develop supervisors and associates with cross-training and backup coverage.
• Partner with Inventory Manager to protect inventory integrity, cycle-counting and FIFO/aging controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse execution across receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns/RMA, and physical-inventory support.
• Own site performance against key service expectations, including dock-to-stock, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, quality, and productivity.
• Manage labor planning, overtime, temporary staffing, supplies, and other controllable costs, review performance versus plan and address material variances.
• Recruit, coach, and develop supervisors and associates while maintaining cross-training and backup coverage for critical operating functions.
• Partner with the Inventory Manager to protect inventory integrity, cycle-count execution, FIFO/aging controls, location accuracy, and high-value product handling.
• Ensure SOPs, training records, OSHA/MHE safety, physical security, Dangerous Goods requirements, reporting, and audit-readiness standards are followed.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong warehouse leadership experience in 3PL, service parts, electronics, or a comparable distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs, labor planning, P&L/cost control, productivity management, root-cause analysis, and customer service.
• Hands-on SAP and WMS experience, including RF scanning, inventory transactions, shipping activity, reporting, and operational troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of air-export/outbound logistics, carrier coordination, Dangerous Goods shipping, UPS WorldShip or comparable systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Train the Trainer Certification Preferred, but not Required.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations management, or a related field preferred, equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Seven or more years of progressive warehouse/distribution experience, including manager-level responsibility, preferred.
• Spanish proficiency preferred, Korean a plus but not required.

Work Requirements

• Full-time, exempt, on-site leadership role, schedule must flex to volume, customer cutoffs, inventories, audits, startup activities, and approved special projects.
• Limited travel may be required.
