Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse Operations in Torrance/Long Beach, CA to lead multiple warehouse teams, drive KPI-based performance, and implement system-wide process enhancements for production and logistics.

You will oversee kitting, receipts, and WIP in a fast-moving, multi-site environment while partnering with purchasing and planning to align demand with space and capacity. Ideal candidates bring proven leadership, strong communication across functions, and deep experience

• Experience leading large warehouse teams.
• Strong, professional communicator across cross functional teams.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP/TMS/MES/QMS platforms.
• Ability to develop and manage KPIs and metrics.
• Experience with inventory management and production kitting.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage warehouse teams for Divergent and Czinger across facilities.
• Develop and track KPIs to improve supply effectiveness and replenishment.
• Lead process improvements and system integrations for warehouse Ops.
• Oversee receipts, issues, kitting, WIP movements, and quality dispositions.
• Coordinate with purchasing and material planning to ensure accuracy.
• Support future warehouse expansion planning and space requirements.
• Provide hands-on support during day-to-day demand surges.
