Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive warehouse/logistics operations leadership across multi-site environments.
• Proven track record managing multi-site operations and high-volume networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership overseeing warehouse operations across multiple venues and sites.
• Develop and implement scalable logistics strategies to optimize layout, space, and efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs including occupancy, picking accuracy, on-time delivery, and asset utilization.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, load traceability, and adherence to SLAs.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams with a safety-focused culture.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate network-wide execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
