Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple sites in the United States. You will drive operational excellence, optimize layouts, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining asset security and safety standards.

You will build and coach high-performing teams, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and present executive-level performance insights to guide strategic decisions in a fast-paced, high-visibility program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years in warehouse/logistics operations with leadership of large-scale, complex environments.
  • Proven track record managing multi-site operations and high-volume networks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership of warehouse operations across venues.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound processes.
  • Develop scalable logistics strategies for layout optimization and efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs: occupancy, picking accuracy, on-time delivery, asset utilization.
  • Ensure storage process integrity: traceability and inventory accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement through operational optimization and technology adoption.
  • Lead and develop warehouse teams; foster safety and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for network coordination.
  • Enforce robust asset security and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting with insights and recommendations.

YOUR ROLE

We areseekinga dynamic and strategicWarehouse Managerto lead end-to-end warehousingand operationssupporting a high-profile, large-scale, multi-site program. This roleis responsible forthe leadership, optimization, and execution of all warehousesand activities—ensuring the efficient, secure, andtimelymovement of materials, equipment, and products across a complex operational network serving multiple venues.

TheWarehouse Managerwill play a critical role in delivering operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless coordination acrosslogisticshubs, partners, and stakeholders. This is a high-impact leadership position requiring strong execution, strategic vision, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of warehouse operations supporting the flow of materials, equipment, and products across multiple venues
  • Oversee all core warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound
  • Develop and implement scalablelogisticsstrategies focused on layout optimization, spaceutilization, and efficiency across multiplelogisticshubs
  • Establish,monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including warehouse occupancy, picking accuracy, on-time delivery, and assetutilization
  • Ensure the integrity of storage processes, including load traceability, inventory accuracy, and strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and the adoption of enabling technologies
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing warehouseand teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution acrossthe network
  • Develop and enforce robust asset security protocols to safeguard inventory, equipment, and facilities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards, as well as internal policies and governance requirements
  • Analyze operational performance,identifyrisks or gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
  • Prepare and present executive-level reporting on warehouse and performance, including insights and strategic recommendations
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’sdegree preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse orlogisticsoperations, including leadership of large-scale, complex environments
  • Proventrack recordmanaging multi-site operations and high-volume networks
Preferred
  • Experience supporting large-scale, high-visibility programs or multi-location operational deployments
  • Background in warehouse optimization, automation, or transformation initiatives
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with deepexpertisein KPI management, process improvement, and operational optimization
  • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control, load traceability, asset security, and fleet coordination
  • Proven leadership capability with experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficiencyin Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and relatedlogisticstechnologies
