Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Project Manager to lead a high-profile, multi-site logistics program. You will provide strategic direction, optimize warehouse operations, and ensure secure and efficient inventory management across a broad network of hubs.

You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, outbound, and distribution while driving continuous improvement, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations with leadership experience.
  • Experience leading multi-site warehouse or distribution operations and high-volume networks.
  • Proven ability to lead complex operational projects, transformation initiatives, start-ups, or large-scale deployments.
  • Experience supporting high-profile, time-sensitive, multi-location programs preferred.
  • Experience with warehouse optimization, process transformation, automation, or tech-enabled improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for warehouse activities across a multi-site network.
  • Lead core warehouse functions: receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, outbound operations, and distribution.
  • Develop scalable warehouse and logistics strategies focusing on readiness, layout optimization, space utilization, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs including occupancy, inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, on-time delivery, asset utilization, and productivity.
  • Ensure integrity of warehouse processes: load traceability, inventory accuracy, material accountability, and SLA adherence.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, workflow optimization, and enable new technologies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing operational teams with safety and accountability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and enforce robust inventory and asset security processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and security requirements and internal policies.
  • Analyze performance, identify risks, gaps, and constraints; implement corrective actions.
  • Support planning across multiple sites to align capabilities with program requirements.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead through ambiguity and changing priorities with execution and customer focus.

YOUR ROLE

As a Warehouse Project Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in the successful delivery of a high-profile, large-scale, multi-site logistics program unlike any other. This is an opportunity to lead complex warehousing and operational initiatives that support the movement of materials, equipment, and products across an expansive network of logistics hubs and venues.

You will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across the warehouse network, ensuring seamless coordination, secure and efficient inventory management, and exceptional execution in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. From optimizing warehouse operations and designing scalable processes to leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement, your work will have a direct impact on the success of a complex, time-sensitive program.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for warehouse activities supporting the movement of materials, equipment, and products across a complex, multi-site network.
  • Lead and coordinate core warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, outbound operations, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement scalable warehouse and logistics strategies focused on operational readiness, layout optimization, space utilization, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including warehouse occupancy, inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, on-time delivery, asset utilization, and operational productivity.
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of warehouse processes, including load traceability, inventory accuracy, material accountability, and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, process standardization, workflow optimization, and the implementation of enabling technologies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and executional excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across the operational network.
  • Develop and enforce robust inventory and asset security processes to protect materials, equipment, and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, environmental, and security requirements, as well as internal policies and operational governance standards.
  • Analyze operational performance, identify potential risks, gaps, and constraints, and implement timely corrective actions to maintain consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Support operational planning and readiness activities across multiple sites, ensuring warehouse capabilities and resources are aligned with program requirements.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reporting on operational performance, key risks, improvement opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead through ambiguity and changing priorities, maintaining a strong focus on execution, customer experience, and successful program delivery.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations, including leadership responsibilities within large-scale and complex environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-site warehouse or distribution operations and managing high-volume, fast-paced operational networks.
  • Proven ability to lead complex operational projects, transformation initiatives, start-ups, or large-scale deployments.
  • Experience supporting high-profile, time-sensitive, or multi-location operational programs strongly preferred.
  • Experience with warehouse optimization, process transformation, automation, or technology-enabled operational improvements preferred.
