Werfen is seeking a Senior Manager, Warehouse & Inventory Control in Bedford, MA. You will lead warehouse staff, oversee inventory analysis, and drive KPI-driven improvements in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include establishing procedures, maintaining FIFO, optimizing packaging supplies, and ensuring EPA-compliant disposal and safety standards. Cross-functional collaboration and budget management are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Eight years warehouse experience preferred; computerized warehouse experience required.
• Four years supervisory experience required.
• Computer literacy; knowledge of Microsoft Office, inventory software and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Establish procedures for warehouse activities, verify shipments, store materials, and maintain FIFO.
• Maintain inventory levels of packaging supplies and ensure storage compliance.
• Ensure proper disposal of damaged materials per EPA regulations and manage warehouse safety.
• Develop SOPs, communicate plans to personnel and drive efficiency and KPI improvements.
• Oversee budget, negotiate transportation/storage opportunities and perform cycle counts.
• Inventory analysis and daily KPI tracking for accuracy and utilization.
