Job summary

Westerman, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Inventory Group across warehousing, shipping & receiving, and materials management. The role requires strong organizational and analytical abilities to optimize processes and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop storage and control strategies, ensure full traceability of all materials, monitor KPIs, coach staff, and align staffing with shop workload while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in material management or supply chain.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to analyze data and improve processes.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops material management strategies for warehousing and inventory control.
• Ensures traceability of client issued and procured material.
• Monitors KPIs and proposes improvements to meet targets.
• Leads and mentors the team, ensuring training and safety compliance.
• Forecasts staffing to meet shop workload and schedules.
• Maintains collaboration with clients and project management.
