Job summary

Eclipse Advantage in Sacramento, CA, seeks a General Manager to lead a high-volume warehouse and sorting operation with ~500 employees. You will drive throughput, labor efficiency, safety, and service delivery while managing cost-per-unit performance and organizational scale.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15+ years in operations leadership, experience managing large teams, and a strong background in labor productivity and P&L awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale warehouse/logistics environments.
• Strong background in labor productivity and compensation models.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across warehouse/sorting facility.
• Ensure production targets, service levels and throughput goals.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures.
• Drive accountability at Director, Manager and Supervisor levels.
• Own budgets and cost control; partner with finance on forecasting.
