Job summary

Eclipse Advantage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure on-time fulfillment for customers.

You will manage hiring, training, safety, and reporting, and collaborate with the Site Manager to optimize processes and control costs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related work and managerial experience.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn other systems.
• Experience in Distribution Center or Warehouse Management preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining and shipping stock and related problems.
• Relay or delegate daily communication and reporting to the customer.
• Maintain employee Safety Training and Compliance schedule and records.
• Own operations costs: warehouse, personnel, and related expenses.
• Schedule staff hours to align with customer requirements.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Determine work procedures, prepare schedules and expedite workflow; standardize procedures for efficiency.
• Examine work for exactness and policy conformance.
• Supervise housekeeping and other duties in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Site Manager for interviews, hires, training; coach employees and enforce disciplinary actions.
