Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple departments and shifts.
• Ensure activities are safe, efficient, and meet customer requirements.
• Implement standardized operating procedures and best practices.

• Drive consistency and compliance across shifts.
• Own and improve labor productivity and efficiency.
• Manage departments to meet productivity targets and expectations.

• Lead cost-per-unit reduction, throughput, and waste elimination initiatives.
• Develop and report daily to quarterly operational scorecards.
• Collect, analyze, and report operational data accurately.
• Present scorecard results to leadership, customers, and teams.
• Establish accountability for site performance targets.
• Serve as primary operational contact for customers.
• Address concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage budgets and labor spend; monitor profitability and costs.
• Forecast labor needs and optimize staffing.
