The General Manager is responsible for the full operational leadership of a high-volume, warehouse and sorting operation employing approximately 500 employees in Sacramento, California. This role will drive cost-per-unit performance, productivity, labor efficiency, and operational consistency, while ensuring safety, compliance, and service delivery standards are achieved. The General Manager will lead all aspects of execution, including workforce performance in a unit-based pay environment, and will be accountable for optimizing throughput, controlling labor costs, and scaling operations in line with business growth.
