Job summary

Eclipse Advantage is seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise and evaluate warehouse staff at our client facility. You will lead operations, drive process improvements, and coordinate with Eclipse HR while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieves warehouse operations objectives by planning, executing, and monitoring quality and service standards.
• Oversee hiring, payroll, employee relations, and office administrative duties.
• Develop and enforce policies for receiving, storage, and utilization of equipment.
• Identify process improvements by analyzing workflow, staffing, and space needs.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following regulations and standards.
• Budget and forecast operational costs with monthly P&L review in collaboration with Regional Manager.
• Deliver results under deadlines in a team setting and also independently.
