Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards and interview hourly associates; monitor attendance and productivity.
• Supervise dispatch, loading/unloading, and documentation; ensure procedure compliance.
• Evaluate methods to increase dispatch/warehouse productivity.
• Assist in new associate training and provide relief coverage when needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage cost controls.
