Keller Logistics Group in Huntingdon, TN, seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations while meeting customer expectations.

You will manage personnel, develop SOPs, monitor KPI performance with WMS-based reporting, and drive process improvements using data analytics. Travel occasionally; 3PL warehousing experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive working knowledge of warehouse operations (pallet in pallet out, pick and pack, material fulfillment, inventory management, WMS and RF Equipment).
• Mastery of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to gather information from multiple sources and analyze data to make improvements.
• 5 years 3PL warehouse management experience.
• Occasional travel may be required for training, events, or site visits.

• Manage personnel, including hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
• Oversee warehouse performance, KPIs, and customer issues across Keller locations.
• Design and manage productivity metrics, WMS-based reporting, and KPI monitoring.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for each warehouse location covering all operations and safety.
• Develop goals, track progress, and implement policies to improve operations and meet scorecard targets.
