Job summary

Keller Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Huntingdon, TN to oversee daily warehouse activities, lead teams, and drive safety and productivity. The role requires 3–5 years of 3PL warehouse management experience and proficiency with WMS and RF scanners.

The position involves supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and mentoring employees on SOPs, forklift certification, and safety practices. Travel may be required.

Job description

Location: Huntingdon, TN. Relocation may be necessary.

Position Summary

Oversee daily warehouse operations, leading teams to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused performance while meeting compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement goals.

• Supervise personnel includes scheduling, work assignments, performance management, training, and problem resolution.
• Lead daily shift huddles and communicate operational goals, performance updates, and safety topics.
• Hold supervising staff accountable on adherence to their job requirements and follow through as needed.
• Monitor and main labor efficiency and performance management through effective labor planning and timekeeping system oversight.
• Manage inventory accuracy, support physical inventory counts, and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Develop and update SOPs for warehouse operations and ensure adherence across assigned locations.
• Ensure all training requirements are met throughout the organization. Drive and develop new training programs as needed for operational success. Train and mentor new employees on standard operating procedures, forklift certification, and safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld RF scanners.

• 3-5 years 3PL warehouse management experience.
• Willing to travel as needed to monitor operations.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

This position works in an active warehouse environment and requires frequent movement and material handling. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds independently or with assistance, work around powered equipment, wear required personal protective equipment, and work in varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, fumes, and odors.
