Responsibilities

• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which efficiency can be evaluated; identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
• Oversees manufacturing, purchasing, and sales departments toward goals set by leadership.
• Plans, directs, budgets, and forecasts to achieve financial objectives.
• Communicates new directives to managers and explains changes to the operations staff.
