RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager responsible for overseeing storage, distribution, and overall warehouse performance. You will drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and team development while ensuring compliance and efficient workflows.

The role focuses on strategy execution, KPI management, budget adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Manufacturing or Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience managing and leading teams in Manufacturing/Warehousing.
• Strong leadership, staff development, coaching and succession planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team to ensure effective communications, recruiting, training and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet operational and financial performance targets.
• Oversee warehouse procedures, verify shipments and manage inventory for accuracy and cost savings.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and align resources to deliver excellent customer service and ROI.
• Build strong relationships with internal/external customers and coordinate with sales for growth.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma and system integrations.
• Foster a positive safety culture within warehouse operations.
