Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a warehouse supervisor to direct and coordinate the activities of warehouse/freezer staff on the 2nd shift (3:00pm–12:00am) to maximize productivity.

You will communicate with production, sales and customer service to ensure inventory levels and timely load-out of finished products, while upholding food safety and quality standards. You will schedule and monitor work, coordinate with vendors and staff to meet customer order requirements, and promote safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, supply chain and logistics, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse, cooler, distribution, production, logistics, or related environment with leadership experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign, and monitor work to warehouse/freezer employees to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with production and sales to ensure finished products are loaded accurately and on time.
• Communicate shortages or delays to internal/external customers and drive timely load-out.
• Promote safe work behaviors and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Manage time records, conduct performance feedback, and address grievances with HR.
• Collaborate with union and non-union staff under contract provisions as applicable.
• Escalate issues and implement improvements to SOPs and labor management.
