Job summary

Langham Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, optimize labor use, and ensure timely, accurate shipments in a GMP-compliant environment.

You will coordinate with the Warehouse Manager, oversee inbound/outbound processes, and drive productivity through cross-training and RF-assisted workflows. Experience in GMP warehousing and forklift operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience in a related role.
• Minimum 6 months GMP warehousing and distribution experience.
• Must pass knowledge tests on 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211 related requirements for GMP operations.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are filled accurately and on schedule.
• Plan daily labor and assign overtime as needed.
• Cross-train staff to cover absences and boost productivity.
• Maintain safety, security, and GMP compliance on the warehouse floor.
• Respond to quality issues and coordinate with QA.
• Monitor performance and communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager.
