Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Supply Chain to support analytics and planning for the Cosmetic & Hair Care division.

You will structure analytics foundations, generate standard reports, automate processes, and partner with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and finance. You will also contribute to demand planning, purchasing, inventory optimization, and supply continuity, while driving governance of data accuracy across reporting systems.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Required).
• Language(s): English, Korean.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and distribute standard recurring supply chain reports including inventory status, projected inventory, shipment tracking, material status, and fill-rate performance.
• Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify risks and improvement opportunities across the division.
• Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization outputs using Excel, Power BI, html, or comparable platforms.
• Develop and own AI-powered tools that automate forecasting, inventory monitoring, and demand planning reports and processes.
• Deliver ad hoc supply chain analyses to support decision-making for product, marketing, sales, and finance teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across supply chain reporting systems and ERP platforms.
