Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Apex, NC is seeking a warehouse operations manager to oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and facility upkeep while ensuring safety and loss prevention.

This exempt role follows core hours Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:30pm, with a focus on leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service and accurate stock management. You will hire, train and develop staff, supervise cycle counts, maintain equipment and the facility, and may back up delivery drivers as

Qualifications

• 3 years fleet management and logistics experience.
• 3 years warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to plan and deliver business metrics.
• Knowledge of material handling and inventory documentation.
• Decision-making with strategic mindset.
• Coaching and servant leadership skills.
• Proactive in optimizing performance and accountability.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Pre-employment drug test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and participate in warehouse operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Supervise and assist receiving, restocking, inventory control, pulling and preparing orders, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, shipping order and product returns.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate associates.
• Ensure cycle counting is done.
• Maintain physical facility to ensure safety, protect against loss, and present a professional company image.
• May be required to back up delivery drivers.
