Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Kapolei, Hawaii to oversee all store Operations and the flow of product through the building. You will supervise a team of Operations Supervisors, forecasting production volume and reallocating resources to meet changing demands.

You will lead the team to meet KPI targets, resolve complex issues, and communicate objectives to leadership. This role requires strong safety culture, coaching, and change leadership to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field plus 3 years of experience in distribution center operations or related area OR 7 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area with increasing responsibilities
• Leadership experience with direct report responsibility, including leading salary level direct reports
• Experience mentoring and coaching others
• Experience leading a team through change
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements, and experience building a culture of safety among subordinates and peers
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee all of Operations and the flow of product through the building
• Supervise a team of Operations Supervisors monitoring the safe, efficient and effective movement of inventory through the facility
• Analyze and forecast production volume and reevaluate resources as workflow conditions change to meet store demand
• Lead the team to achieve or exceed key performance indicator targets despite fluctuating demands
• Resolve more complex operational issues escalated from the team and communicate objectives to team and senior leadership
