Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Distribution Center supervisor to lead safety-focused operations, oversee daily workload, and ensure smooth receiving, picking and shipping of goods. You will coach associates, monitor productivity, and collaborate with shifts to sustain efficient processes.

Candidates should have a degree in a related field or equivalent warehouse experience, strong safety culture, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field OR 4 years of DC/warehouse operations experience.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements.
• Experience building a culture of safety among subordinates and peers.

Responsabilités

• Ensures associates understand and follow safe work practices via safety observations and discussions.
• Identifies and resolves safety issues on the floor and notifies appropriate party for resolution.
• Manages daily workload and production volume for the department.
• Monitors inventory flow and expedites receiving, picking and shipping of priority product.
• Researches and resolves pick/ship errors and prevents recurrence by root-cause analysis.
• Trains associates on equipment and documents proficiency.
• Completes incident reports for damage, near misses and injuries.
• Leads process improvements and staffing adjustments as needed.
