Job summary

Penske Logistics in Avondale, AZ is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Supervisor to lead hourly teams and ensure efficient execution of daily tasks including driver deliveries, loading/unloading, and cross docking.

Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations and site policies.
Assist in hiring and onboarding; support continuous improvement and customer experience goals.
Plan and manage fleet/warehouse equipment usage and staff assignments.
