Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years related functional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Advanced computer skills with MS Office Suite are required.
• Must be able to lead and train hourly staff and supervisors.
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly staff to meet customer objectives.
• Oversee loading/unloading, cross-docking, and customer service operations.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching for staff.
• Manage attendance, productivity, and performance standards.
• Maintain operating systems knowledge for compliance and reporting.
• Support hiring processes and candidate interviews.
