Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to lead drivers and hourly staff at a Avondale, AZ location. You will ensure daily tasks, loading/unloading, and customer service are performed efficiently while achieving cost objectives and Penske standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, dispatch, and documentation.
• Lead team meetings and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Evaluate methods to increase dispatch efficiency and train new staff.
• Provide coverage for operations during time-off and absences.
• Maintain knowledge of site systems to ensure compliance and exception resolution.
• Complete records and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
