Job summary

ProSidian Consulting Llc is seeking an Operations Lead to supervise daily warehouse and production readiness activities for CP DEPMEDS in a DoD-focused environment. You will oversee receiving, storage, packaging, and shipments, ensuring materiel readiness and traceability.

The role requires at least 5 years in warehouse operations and 2 years of frontline supervision, with a preferred associate or bachelor's degree. Hybrid work arrangements apply CONUS-wide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Minimum 2 years of frontline supervisory experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; transferable leadership experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, storage, preservation, and shipment dispatch.
• Assign staff to work queues based on priorities.
• Monitor safety, capacity, shortages, and pending work.
• Maintain inventory quality and IUID activities for traceability.
• Coordinate with carriers to dispatch packages.
• Enforce SOPs across warehouse and shipment activities.
