Job summary

ProSidian is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support CP DEPMEDS program by sourcing, evaluating supplier quotes, and issuing purchase orders to ensure materiel readiness. This role focuses on DoD-contracting environments, supplier performance, and documentation control.

The incumbent will manage supplier communications, track deliveries, and maintain acquisition records while operating in a hybrid CONUS setting at Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR.

Qualifications

• Experience in DoD or federal contracting is a plus.
• Experience in supplier operations and procurement workflows.
• Knowledge of RFQ/RFP processes and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Research sources of supply and request quotations from potential suppliers.
• Compare quoted prices and lead times, document supplier checks.
• Issue purchase orders with proper authorizations.
• Follow up with suppliers and expedit deliveries as needed.
• Maintain warranty records and acquisition files.
