ProSidian seeks a Defense Logistics and Distribution Manager to lead materiel flow from warehouse receipt to Pine Bluff Arsenal delivery within a DoD acquisition environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, warehousing, inventory movements, kit preparation, freight coordination, and delivery planning across CONUS with a hybrid work arrangement. Requires 7+ years in logistics and DoD/regulated environments; bachelor’s degree preferred; CSCP/CLTD preferred.

Formación

• At least 7 years of experience in logistics or distribution management.
• At least 3 years of experience in government or regulated logistics is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business is preferred.
• Certified in CLTD or CSCP certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, inventory movements, and materiel preservation.
• Direct kit preparation and packaging, and confirm that kits are ready in line with delivery priorities.
• Coordinate freight, carriers, and component package deliveries with Pine Bluff Arsenal.
• Review shortages and blocked work daily. Monitor incoming receipts, priority kits, safety concerns, and actions due within the next 10 working days.
