Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing.
- Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse warehouse team.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Implement and maintain inventory control to ensure accuracy.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, including performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Optimize layout and processes for efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow.
- Monitor warehouse budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
