Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance III for our distribution center. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electromechanical systems and building components in a warehouse setting.

Applicants should have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including conveyor maintenance and PLC knowledge. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional industrial maintenance experience.
4+ years conveyor and automatic sortation maintenance experience.
HVAC and welding certifications.
Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings.
Experience with 480V/3-phase equipment and PLC systems.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Proficient with maintenance databases MP2/DataStream 7i/Maintenance Connection.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, plumbing, building lighting, dock doors, air systems, racking, CCTV, and interconnectivity cabling (PC/PLC/Server).
Use PLC and online applications to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot automation malfunctions.
Develop approved system modifications and procure resources needed to complete modifications.
Weld and fabricate as required.
Research parts, tools, and technology.
Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
Other duties may be assigned.
