Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations with leadership of warehouse personnel.
• Experience coordinating 3PL providers and ensuring SLA compliance and inventory accuracy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, fulfillment, and outbound transportation.
• Lead warehouse teams, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Manage 3PL and transportation providers from onboarding through governance and continuous improvement.
