Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering or a closely related field in the United States.
• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Ability to think critically to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high quality.
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide progress updates.

Responsibilities

• Obtain feedback from critical stakeholders involved in the new product or the process improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and on budget.
• Develop and maintain web-based applications for processes to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Find and pitch improvement ideas, and then execute ideas if approved into a full project.
• Document any best practices discovered and/or standards implemented.
