Job summary

ABB Inc. in Mebane, NC seeks a Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor to oversee shift progress, ensure proper use of machinery, and reinforce production schedules while maintaining quality.

You will coordinate staff movements, allocate shift orders, and lead teams to resolve technical and logistical issues, reporting to Production management. This onsite role sits within ABB's Electrification Smart Power division in Mebane, NC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Authorized to work in the US legally.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Practical experience using a computer/laptop with applicable software.

Responsibilities

• Helping management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages, or shifting priorities.
• Reinforcing focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Assisting management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift.
• Serving as a leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues.
