Job summary

Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead the strategy and daily operations of the warehouse and logistics function. This full-time onsite role offers a base salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus.

You will manage inventory accuracy, KPI development, and Lean/continuous improvement initiatives, while coordinating with procurement and production to ensure on-time material flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, SyteLine) and safety/compliance.
• Leadership experience with teams and performance coaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the warehouse and logistics strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead capacity planning, layout optimization, and expansion to support growth.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and movements.
• Manage cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and variance reduction using lean methods.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure ISO/safety/quality compliance.
