Stored Energy Systems (SENS) is seeking a Materials Manager to lead purchasing and materials operations at our Longmont, CO site. You will drive the material plan, manage supplier relationships, and optimize inventory turns while supporting on-time customer shipments.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of MRP (Infor Syteline), and experience in a manufacturing environment. A focus on cost reduction, supplier collaboration, and LEAN processes is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement management and/or supply chain management.
• Experience with MRP systems and data-driven purchasing decisions.
• ERP proficiency and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor purchasing staff to improve cost, vendor quality, and inventory velocity.
• Develop and maintain supplier base; negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term agreements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Finance, and Quality teams.
