Job summary

Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO, is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead all warehouse, inventory, and logistics functions. You will drive efficiency, cost control, and service levels across production support and customer fulfillment.

The role collaborates with production, procurement, planning, and supply chain teams to optimize material flow and implement lean improvements. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of leadership are preferred; ISO/Gx

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, inventory management, or logistics within manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SyteLine).
• Thorough understanding of warehouse safety and compliance regulations.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing warehouse teams.
• Experience in data analysis, KPI management, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute warehouse and logistics strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, kitting, picking, shipping, and internal movements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and leverage ERP/MRP for reporting and forecasting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team with clear goals and accountability.
• Drive lean improvements, layout optimization, and compliance with quality standards.
