Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager in Ewa Beach, HI to lead a 2-shift operation serving a ~165,000 sq ft facility with about 35 associates.

You will drive safety, quality, and team engagement while overseeing unloading, stocking, picking, packaging, and shipping processes. The role requires 5+ years of warehouse leadership, strong communication, and expertise in WMS and OSHA/DOT regulations, with proficiency in MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Warehouse management leading 15+ employees in a large distribution/warehouse environment.
• Experience in a WMS environment is required.
• Strong computer skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Material Handling Equipment Certification.
• Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness and security of the warehouse.
