Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager for our Tamarac, FL location to lead a large distribution operation. The role requires managing 8 direct reports and ensuring safety, efficiency and high inventory accuracy.

You will drive process improvements on-site, oversee order fulfillment, cycle counts, and staff development while maintaining strong communication across teams and with leadership. The position requires a hands-on leader committed to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8 years' experience in distribution management leading 50+ employees in a large distribution/warehouse environment.
• Leadership experience in managing and developing a team, mentoring, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ability to work with people and build a positive and engaging environment for associates.
• Strong interactive communication skills across different levels of the organization.
• Experience in WMS environments with RF technology is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience managing a team of delivery drivers is a plus.
• Material Handling Equipment Certification; OSHA and DOT regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for warehouses and drive growth and improvements.
• Lead on-site engagement with associates on the production floor.
• Promote daily safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain high levels of associate engagement and effective communication.
• Ensure quality of customer shipments and inventory integrity.
• Hire, train and develop warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Oversee unloading, stocking, picking, packing, shipping and cycle counts.
• Maintain site cleanliness, security and safe operations.
