Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations, ensure safety standards, and optimize workflow for timely shipments. You will lead a team, coordinate with other departments, and drive accuracy in inventory and data entry.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel/Outlook skills, forklift certification, and substantial experience in 3PL environments, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of previous team lead or supervisor experience.
• 5+ years warehouse operations experience.
• 3+ years experience with MS Outlook and Excel.
• 5+ years experience with 3PL systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned warehouse area with regard to quality, productivity, and safety.
• Meet daily shipment requirements to ensure service levels and timely delivery to customers.
• Monitor and expedite workflow in the dock area and guide staff as needed.
• Train warehouse personnel on processes and safety; communicate changes to the team.
