Job summary

Water Lilies Food, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to provide strategic leadership for warehouse operations at our Bay Shore site. The role focuses on inventory control, receiving, and aligning activities with production and logistics while upholding food safety standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, implement ERP/WMS enhancements, and establish KPIs to improve accuracy, productivity, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5-10+ years leadership in warehouse or distribution, preferably food manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and BI tools.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with warehouse automation and tech implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee warehouse operations at a single site, with cross-site collaboration.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize workflows, space, and labor.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Establish safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, GMPs, HACCP).
• Lead and develop warehouse leadership and staff across sites.
• Manage KPIs, budgets, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Logistics, Production, Procurement and Customer Service.
• Lead ERP optimization for data accuracy and visibility.
