Job summary

Mission Foods in Mountain Top, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, transporting, stocking, order filling and shipping operations. You will manage staff, ensure FIFO rotation, and enforce GMP, OSHA and AIB standards while maintaining on-time departures and accurate inventories.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED (college degree preferred) with at least 2 years in warehouse operations and 2 years in a supervisory capacity (or 4 years as a lead) in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations.
• 2 years supervisory capacity or 4 years as a lead in a manufacturing environment.
• Food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers engaged in receiving, transporting, stocking, order filling and shipping.
• Maintains FIFO and product rotation; verifies dates and product integrity.
• Ensures GMPs, OSHA and AIB standards are followed; conducts safety trainings.
• Keeps trucks departing on schedule and communicates progress to production teams.
• Performs safety and sanitation audits; participates in safety/quality committees.
• Trains new employees according to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with purchasing to ensure timely product movement and equipment upkeep.
• Other duties as required.
