Job summary

Lineage is seeking a General Manager to lead a high‑performing warehouse and distribution facility in Raynham, MA. You will own safety, customer satisfaction, financials, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives, shaping operations and culture to deliver best‑in‑class service.

You will recruit and mentor leaders, drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with customers to grow the business while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is required/strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or related operational environment.
• Proven success managing facility performance, budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leading, developing, and motivating teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop warehouse leaders and frontline employees to build an engaged, high-performing workforce.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and create development opportunities that support growth.
• Lead day-to-day facility operations with compliance to policies, food safety requirements, and regulations.
• Manage budgets, operating expenses, capital investments, equipment utilization, and space optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to exceed targets.
• Drive cost-effective decisions while maintaining service and quality standards.
• Partner with customers and sales leadership to support business development and onboarding.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other process-improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
