Lineage is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing warehouse and distribution facility in Raynham, MA. You will drive safety, customer satisfaction, and financial results while developing teams and delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will own budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to grow customer relationships and optimize operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of leadership in warehouse operations or distribution.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and CI initiatives.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong WMS experience and lean/Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop warehouse leaders and frontline employees to build an engaged, high-performing workforce.
• Drive day-to-day facility operations while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets and operational KPIs to exceed targets and drive profitability.
• Partner with Sales to support business development, onboarding, and customer service.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
