Job summary

Lineage Logistics seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a high-performing warehouse and distribution facility in Raynham, MA. You will drive safety, customer satisfaction, and financial results while mentoring a skilled team and delivering operational excellence.

As GM, you will own budgets, capital investments, and KPI performance, partnering with sales and customers to grow the business and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational environment.
• Proven success managing facility performance, budgets, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and motivating teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational technologies.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data-driven performance management tools.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse leaders and frontline employees to build an engaged, high-performing workforce.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and develop opportunities for growth.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations while ensuring compliance with policies, food safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver key operational and financial performance metrics.
• Analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Manage receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of products.
• Budget, operating expenses, capital investments, and equipment utilization to meet objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to exceed targets.
• Drive cost-effective decision-making while maintaining service and quality.
• Partner with customers and grow the business through strong relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives; leverage data to drive decisions.
