Job summary

Old Dominion Mechanical is seeking a Warehouse & Facilities Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory, facilities, and fleet management. This role ensures an organized, safe, and efficient operation that supports daily activities.

The role partners with company leadership to maintain materials and equipment, supervise staff, and coordinate maintenance while driving cost efficiency and compliance. Five years of warehouse management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and distributing materials.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse employees.
• Maintain accurate inventory through counts and audits.
• Coordinate fleet needs and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure facilities are clean, organized, and secure.
• Identify efficiency improvements and control costs.
• Work with leadership to supply materials and equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and incident reporting.
