Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team. You will load, unload, and move product using powered equipment, perform daily equipment inspections, and ensure accurate putaway and order picking for shipments.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, follow OSHA standards, maintain a clean workspace, and participate in inventory counts. Prior experience with forklifts or order selectors is preferred; training is provided to meet safety

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
6 months prior Powered Industrial Equipment experience preferred.
Able to stand and walk for entire shift.
Able to lift 25–50 pounds as needed.
Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using power equipment.
Maintain Equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Daily inspection on assigned equipment.
Receiving/Putaway – Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
Order Picking – Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact quantity and type.
Loading – Move product into trailers or containers safely.
Follow OSHA standards and maintain safety practices.
