Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Manheim, PA is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. You will load, unload, stack and stage product using power equipment and perform daily equipment inspections.

Responsibilities include order picking, receiving, putaway, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Candidates must operate reach trucks, order selectors, and forklifts safely while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior powered industrial equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to read letters and numbers and perform basic math.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a neat, clean work area.
• Receive/putaway inbound shipments and store product in correct locations.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure accurate quantities.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks and order pickers safely per OSHA standards.
