Job summary

ATCC Biotechnology in Manassas, VA, is hiring a Senior Manager, Warehouse and Distribution to lead daily receiving, storage, and outbound shipments of biological materials and dangerous goods.

You will oversee compliance with USDOT, USDOT, IATA, and dangerous goods rules, develop operational metrics and budgets, mentor the warehouse team, and coordinate with distributors and internal partners to support domestic and global distribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, or equivalent experience (PhD and 5 years, Master's degree and 8 years, or High School Diploma and 16 years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution of materials.
• Ensure staff training and compliance with USDOT, IATA, and dangerous goods regulations and safety requirements.
• Develop operational metrics, prepare reports, oversee departmental budgets, and investigate expense and shipping variances.
