ATCC in Manassas, VA is seeking a Senior Manager, Warehouse and Distribution to oversee inbound receipts, storage, outbound shipments, and dangerous goods handling. You will lead a team, ensure safety, quality, and compliance while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support global distribution.

The role requires extensive leadership in regulatory shipping, inventory control, and performance management, with responsibilities across budgeting, training, and continuous process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or advanced degrees with corresponding experience
• Supervisory leadership in warehouse, shipping, receiving, and distribution
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and outbound shipping processes
• Experience with ERP systems in a warehouse/logistics environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience ensuring compliance with USDOT, IATA, and dangerous goods regulations
• Experience developing metrics, reports, budgeting, and expense analysis
• Preferred: experience supporting cold chain logistics and distribution

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution for materials, finished goods, and dangerous goods
• Implement outbound shipping processes to ensure timely order fulfillment and regulatory compliance
• Ensure staff training and compliance with USDOT, IATA, and dangerous goods regulations
• Oversee material receipt, unloading, inventory accountability, and quality verification
• Develop and monitor operational metrics, prepare reports, and manage departmental budgets
• Supervise staff development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
